‘Sunny ways’ will not necessarily equal easy negotiations at Council of the Federation talks

Healthcare, energy, and climate change are just three examples of hot topics that are high on the meeting’s agenda. Issues around economic growth and internal trade will be on the table, as will matters around immigration, skills and training, aboriginal involvement in economic development, and international trade.
