The members of Senate Internal Economy consulted the Senate leadership before sending the June 8 letter to Sen. Mike Duffy.
Ind. Sen. Mike Duffy, who was cleared of all 31 charges of fraud, breach of trust and bribery in April, received a letter from the Senate Internal Economy, Budgets and Administration Committee on June 10 asking to pay back $16,955 for seven allegedly 'ineligible expenses.'
