Canada should push Mexico on implementing true human rights reforms

An important ally and trading partner, Canada could urge Mexico to invest in greater HIV prevention, care, treatment, and support as well as insist that Mexico stop the impunity for crimes against LGBTI individuals, women and girls, people who use drugs, sex workers, and people living with HIV.
