Let’s give new Senate a chance, but it should clean up its act, or its days will soon be numbered

Senators should roll up their sleeves instead of complaining about how things unfold in the new Senate. Some issues will take more time to sort out than others. None are insurmountable in my view and, with goodwill on all parts, Senate rules and regulations can and will be amended and modernized over the coming weeks and months.
