Duffy completes testimony, closing arguments to be made in February

In a surprise ending to testimony in the 60-day trial, leaving only final arguments by Crown attorney Mark Holmes and Sen. Duffy’s lawyer Donald Payne sometime next February, Mr. Holmes did not even raise the $90,000 payment that was secretly made by former PMO chief of staff Nigel Wright in late March, 2013.
