Rae says internal Grit party changes to ‘revolutionize’ Canadian politics

Liberal Leader Bob Rae and his party ended a standing-room only convention on a high note Sunday, claiming one of the most hotly-debated changes to the party’s constitution will 'revolutionize' Canadian politics and lauding the overwhelming approval of a call to legalize marijuana as a sign the party is ready to take bold steps to reconnect with voters who abandoned it over the past three elections.
