Tory, Bloc MPs have highest hospitality expenses, according to report on individual MPs’ budgets

Conservative MP Richard Harris spent the most on hospitality at $9,760 during the 2010-11 fiscal year. Labour Minister Lisa Raitt was second at $9,621, followed by Conservative MP Paul Calandra was next at $9,481

PARLIAMENT HILL—Governing Conservative MPs, despite their calls for belt-tightening, were among the biggest spenders on Commons hospitality as Canada was still recovering from the throes of the biggest economic downturn since the Great Depression of the 1930s.
