Governments should be directly involved in cancer research
The fight against cancer is too important for our governments to leave in the hands of private fundraisers.
TORONTO—When we talk about the fight against cancer, and the work of thousands of volunteers, and the donations from millions of citizens, we ought to be careful and try hard not to be misunderstood by offending innocent and honest people or damaging a very important cause.
