Per-vote subsidies only proportional element of our electoral system
Re: "Tory majority puts per-vote party financing in jeopardy, move could cripple opposition parties," (The Hill Times, May 23, p. 1). Fair Vote Canada supports the per-vote subsidy program. It is the only proportional element of our electoral system.
