Fantino has new responsibilities for DND procurement
Canada's 20-year ambitious First Defence Strategy has some big ticket procurement plans.
DND procurement is a multi-billion dollar industry and new Associate Defence Minister Julian Fantino, who will be a second voice at the Cabinet table on defence in this Parliament, will have responsibility for military procurement and for overseeing some big-ticket items.
