Bill C-393 will save lives, end suffering

Re: "Medicines to Africa: CAMR doesn't need fixing," (The Hill Times, Feb. 28, p. 44). Paul Lucas suggests that fixing CAMR is irrelevant because donations by patent-holding drug companies and competitively priced brand-name drugs are sufficient. He's dead wrong.
