House calls for a permanent and legislated ban on crude oil tankers off B.C. Coast

Last week British Columbians and allies across Canada celebrated a major victory in the battle to protect our sensitive coastline. Members of Parliament supported an NDP motion calling for a legislated ban on supertanker traffic for B.C.'s north and central coast.
