Senators had every right to defeat climate bill

Once Senate passes Bill S-8, the Prime Minister and the provinces will be in a position to call for a stand-alone constitutional amendment to deal with representation and powers of a future Senate.

The Liberal climate change bill and the media storm caused much rhetoric but very little research on the passage in the House of Commons of Bill C-311 and the defeat of the bill in the Senate.
