Private members’ bills ‘a pure form of democracy’ says Grit MP Simson
Re: "Private members' bills more often just a penny for MPs' thoughts," (The Hill Times, Nov. 1, p. 22). I am compelled to take issue with several of the assumptions and theories with respect to private members bills put forward by Evan Sotiropoulos.
