Fight over mandatory long-form census + Ontario Supreme Court prostitution ruling=very baffling

TORONTO—An Ontario Supreme Court judge ruled last week that people exploiting prostitutes shouldn't be jailed, while the Liberals will push to reinstate the mandatory long-form census that will put in jail all Canadians who do not fill it out.
