Childcare should not be an obstacle, Mr. Ignatieff
Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff says childcare will be a priority for him to create jobs, reduce poverty and provide early learning. Sadly he did not get the early learning certificate from the last lesson the Liberals were given when their government fell on this same issue.
