Last week, Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff said he wants the government to "unshackle" the Parliamentary budget officer to allow him to do his job independently and be able to track the government's stimulus spending. If Mr. Ignatieff is serious, then he needs to get some of his MPs on side too....
