Copenhagen conference to mark critical point in fight against climate change
In response to Cynthia Münster's article, "Canada has 'tremendous' challenge ahead on climate change: experts," (The Hill Times, Sept. 14, p. 1), I would like to clarify the government of Canada's position on the international climate change negotiations.
