MPs open ‘serious loophole’ on volunteer services in MPs’ conflict of interest code, claims Conacher
Recent changes to the MPs' Conflict of Interest Code allow MPs not to disclose volunteers in their offices as a "gift" could open the door for lobbyists to volunteer in between elections for the MPs they're lobbying on public policy issues, says advocacy group Democracy Watch.
