Ministers and ministers-to-be came out for the Canadian Association of Former Parliamentarians soirée
What have you heard? Who's in? Who's out? Who's up? And who's down? It was all the talk Wednesday night at a surprisingly pleasant party at the National War Museum.
On the eve of a Cabinet shuffle many of the ministers and ministers-to-be weren't at home picking out what tie to wear for the GG, rather they were working the room at the Canadian Association of Former Parliamentarians Educational Foundation's fourth annual fundraiser dinner.
