Feds may need GG’s special warrants to move billions of dollars in supplementary estimates
If Parliament doesn't return before mid-December to deal with the fall supply period, the federal government may need to ask the Governor General for special warrants to get the billions of dollars of government supplementary estimates spending approved in order to continue some of its programs.
