CAITI wants Martin’s House committees’ ‘obstruction manual,’ offers $10,000

CAITI, the Canadian Association of Income Trust Investors, who have a, um, small hate-on for Finance Minister Jim Flaherty's decision to tax income trusts, is offering $10,000 to anyone who has a "bona fide copy" of the Conservatives' 200-page "committee obstruction manual."
