A debate on Libs ‘green shift’ a waste of time
Re: "Liberals to push hard for fall election on environment, carbon tax," (The Hill Times, June 23, p. 1). Prime Minister Stephen Harper will not have a fall session, ergo Liberal Leader Stéphane Dion cannot expect to debate a subject that has no validity and is without clarity.
