In light of Maxime Bernier's resignation, the award for 'Understatement of the Year' goes to the Conservative source who, in reference to Mr. Bernier, said: "He doesn't seem to have taken any interest in his files..." ('Bernier likely to be shuffled', The Hill Times, May 19, p.6).
