Based on Sept. 4 news articles quoting Liberal MP Rodger Cuzner's (Cape Breton-Cango, N.S.) claim that the Prince Edward Island to Cape Breton Island ferry is unrealistic, he clearly doesn't believe in promoting the desires of his own constituents.
