Re: "Zaccardelli's RCMP officials protected him, say critics," (The Hill Times, Dec. 11). As a Canadian who has followed this case from the very first day, I cannot understand how my fellow Canadians have not demanded a total shakeup of the RCMP from top to bottom, immediately.
