Mr. Turner, what were you thinking? According to Tim Naumetz' front-page story in The Ottawa Citizen last week, Conservative MP Garth Turner, who represents Halton, Ont., said Canadians with two passports are not "accidental tourists" and that taxpayers might question the costs.
