Allan Cutler gives Federal Accountability Act ‘a conditional pass’
Having read a number of the opinions regarding the Federal Accountability Act, I find that criticisms reflect a complete lack of faith in the political process. The tabled Accountability Act is far from perfect but, before criticizing, you need to compare it to the past.
