U. S. Ambassador reassures Canadians on northern border
American Ambassador to Canada David Wilkins reassured Canadians last week in an address to the Yellowknife Chamber of Commerce that no changes will be made to the U. S.'s northern border after U. S. President George W. Bush announced his vision for "immigration reform."
