Re: "Milliken didn't do his job: Fisher," (The Hill Times, Feb. 6). I think Doug Fisher is taking a cheap shot at Peter Milliken by claiming his work as Speaker "...makes him responsible for Canadians' very low opinion of politics and politicians." I doubt you could fill a small-town hocke...
