Re: "Conservatives' Harper emerging as 'pragmatic leader': Cohen," (The Hill Times, Dec. 19.) I take grave exception to this HT article in which Andrew Cohen theorizes that Stephen Harper is "emerging as pragmatic leader" in this federal election campaign.
