Re: "Whistleblower protection passed in House of Commons," (The Hill Times, Oct. 10). Duff Conacher of Democracy Watch is correct that Bill C-11 contains fatal flaws. I approach the bill from a unique perspective while asking myself the question, "Would I have been protected?"
