Regarding last week's letter, "No, Mr. Jones, Canada is not fortune's favoured child," (The Hill Times, July 25). I agree with letter-writer F. Ronald Cleminson that Canada cannot assume that you can dodge the terrorist "bullet," you can prepare and assume the attack will come.
