Molly Shinhat's article on the Public Service Modernization Act, "Bill C-25 leaves civil servants open to harassment: Gualtieri," (The Hill Times, Oct. 27) constitutes a gross misrepresentation of the PSAC's involvement regarding both their case and Bill C-25.
