When I opened the Sept. 22 edition of your paper and read the Opinion/Guest Column from Tony Clarke "WTO talks collapse in Cancun," (The Hill Times), I was very surprised to read Mr. Clarke's personal attack upon the Honourable Pierre Pettigrew and his work at the WTO Cancun meetings.
