Quebec elite out of date
Several good reasons exist for not criticizing Quebec Premier-elect Jean Charest. He's a genuinely nice guy. He's a committed federalist, the most Canada-centric Quebec leader in at least half a century. And -- surely -- the clinching argument, he's not even yet in office.
