PM should hand over leadership, Paul Martin has earned his chance to be prime minister
I am writing in response to Jonathan Ross's letter (The Hill Times, August 12) in which he seems to be upset about my calling him partisan for Prime Minister Jean Chretien. There is nothing wrong about being partisan.
