Wilson’s new rules could affect Paul Martin’s and Allan Rock’s campaigns
Prime Minister Jean Chretien will soon introduce changes in the way political leadership campaigns are run that "could seriously alter the way the Martin campaign has been operating" a senior Liberal source told The Hill Times.
