Upon his return from his diplomatic junket to Africa, Prime Minister Jean Chrétien will get a briefing from his Ethics Counsellor Howard Wilson on rules drafted to guide the conduct of Cabinet ministers and their supporters as they prepare for the next Liberal leadership campaign.
