House doesn’t need more free votes, it needs open discussion
It's the most exclusive club in the country, and only 301 Canadian citizens can join it. It is so exclusive that the members don't pay a membership. We, the taxpayers, pay for them to join and to serve. We all know how they get there, but how they serve is the complicated part.
