Meeting of two Hills: Canada does not have lobbying presence, says US congressman
If Canada wants to get its message across to U.S. Congress, then it might pay to have Parliament Hill rather than diplomats descend on Capitol Hill, said a veteran Repbulican congressman who co-chairs the U.S. side of the Canada-U.S. Parliamentary Association.
