Minister to take dispute to the WTO: international trade minister wants to see an end to magazine dispute
International Trade Minister Sergio Marchi says he wants to see an end to the magazine war between Canada and the U.S. and suggested that if it's not resolved in the next two weeks that the two countries "should agree to disagree."
