Trump is a modern-day Caligula

It’s all about his obsession with legacy. That’s why he’s building a massive ballroom on the White House grounds without Congressional approval and despite a court order to  get approval. A ballroom: just what a country that's $40-trillion in debt needs. That’s why he’s renovating the Kennedy Center—provided his name goes on the building dedicated to JFK. Never mind that this monstrous egotism is likely unconstitutional and probably illegal.
