No ‘breakthrough’ to end nearly three-year pause in trade talks with Canada, says U.K. envoy
While Prime Minister Mark Carney has embarked on a swath of new trade negotiations, talks with the United Kingdom remain idle.

More than 30 months since Canada-United Kingdom trade negotiations were called off by London, the top British diplomat in Canada says there hasn’t been a “breakthrough” to pave the way for the talks to restart.
