Polling last week showed the Conservatives led among those who saw a change in direction as the key election issue, but Abacus Data’s David Coletto said the Liberals held a far greater advantage among those who wanted action on the U.S. president’s threats.
As the 2025 federal election entered its final days, polls showed a slight tightening between the Liberals and Conservatives with the ballot question split between a desire for change and a government that will stand up to United States President Donald Trump.
