Shalene Curtis-Micallef appointed deputy minister of justice in latest public service shuffle

In a major shuffle within the highest ranks of the public service, Shalene Curtis-Micallef has been appointed as the deputy minister of justice. She is the first Black woman to lead the department, with her appointment effective Feb. 13.
