Boosting Canada’s NATO presence in Latvia by 2024 an ‘optimistic’ and ‘optimal’ timeline, says envoy

Eight months after signing a joint pact to boost the Canadian-led NATO presence in Latvia, Ottawa and Riga are still working to make it a reality, says Latvia’s ambassador in Canada, calling 2024 an “optimistic/optimal” timeline.
