New York Times journalists to talk about congressional elections on Sept. 5 at National Gallery in Ottawa

The Art Deco building, built in 1928, was first home to the Embassy of France (1928-1939), later the Bank of Canada (1935-1938), and the CBC (1938-1964). The federal government took over the buidling in 1973, which was renovated in 2003.
