Looking for Canada’s best federal agencies to work for? One is supreme

The top court has created and cultivated a 'we care' mantra that pervades the whole agency, says a former public servant. It seems it’s not just a nice place to work, but a place where work is done well.
The Supreme Court of Canada topped the list of best federal agencies or departments to work, in a recent survey among public servants.
Canada’s latest Public Service Employee Survey (PSES) was carried out in 2017, with results released earlier this year. Such surveys have been held every three years since 1999, and provide employee feedback on a number of workplace issues.
