This just in: PMO’s Butts tops The Hill Times’ 15th Annual Terrific 25 Staffers in 2016

Gerald Butts, one of the two most powerful political staffers in the PMO along with chief of staff Katie Telford, led this year’s Terrific 25 Staffers list. Mr. Butts also came first in the Best Access to PMO category, first for Most Influence, and ranked second for Best at Spin Control. Ms. Telford won for Best PMO Staffer.
